I'm awaiting your conclusions.
Do you have a suggestion on how to get my media to the post production in the meanwhile? This is taking too long.
Greetings,
Ralf

We managed to successfully download the media! We were also able to reproduce the problem that you are seeing in Pro Tools, and I will pass it all on to one of our developers to have a look at to try and see why this is happening.
Thank you for your patience with the FTP problem. We should hopefully get back to you soon.
Regards,
Daniel

The developer wasn't able to find anything wrong with the processing of your xml.
For some reason your upload was only 6.93GB, so we are still unable to try to reproduce your problem with the media. Is it possible to try and upload it again? Can you confirm that your computer completes the download and doesn't hibernate?
Apologies if you feel this is dragging out.
Many Thanks,
Daniel

I got one of our developers to look at your xml and he did think there was some strange things happening inside it. He is going to take a look at it to see if X2Pro is reading and transferring the media correctly.

Ah that would be the problem then. Unfortunately, you will need to upload it again yes.
Thanks,
Daniel

My file is 27.256.188.130 bytes
Can you open the ftp so I can resume the upload, or do I have to upload it again?

Ralf

The details I gave you are for upload only, so you wont be able to see any of the file that are on there.
The file which i received is 21,833,918 KB. Is this the exact same size as yours there?
Thanks,
Daniel

I do not have that problem.
I wanted to check the file, but the FTP password you provided seems to have expired.

Apologies, we weren't aware that you had already sent the media. We tried to look at it but unfortunately it appears the file that you sent is corrupt in some way. I was unable to relink it in FCPX to the xml you had sent me previously, and I was unable to open the .mov using QuickTime player or VLC media player.
Do you have the same problem with the file your end?
Regards,
Daniel
